5th and Hill was a major street gang in downtown section of Skid Row. Drugs, transport of migrants and so forth; however, they were recently shutdown by the police and feds after almost 30 years of calling the shots in this area of Los Angeles.

So the crossed out tag 5th and hill, simply means there is a new crew, or clicka downtown.

That new breed of young gangster is a hybrid from, bloods, crips and ms 13/ la mara.
