Downtown Los Angeles is a complex place, new migrant workers at the produce market, several 1,000s homeless people encamped in tents and boxes. Now, mixed in are the young middle class that has just returned to Central City, they too search for answers to break the "Skid's Code of Poverty ": drugs and mental illness loom large on Skid Row.
