People line the streets most days, buying drugs, or standing in line for food. They are fenced in by poor economics, poor mental health and poor services.
I call this image the Poor Fence of Skid Row.
Beyound the fence are bible carrying speakers. Some are caring smart and gifted. And some are not so smart, caring or ready to deal with broken humans, and their mental health issues from a spiritual posture.
